LITH Police: Stove Stolen from House, Dog Bite, Auto Theft

Lake in the Hills Police release reports through April 24, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police reports. A person filed a complaint at 4:06 p.m. Monday, April 22, that he/ she was biten by a dog in the 500 block of Mason Lane. A car was reported stolen from Trinity Auto Center, 9178 Trinity Dr. The car, parked in the lot, was taken along with a dealer license plate sometime before 1:16 p.m. Sunday, April 21. The report was entered into the LEADS, and turned over to the LITH investigations division. A longboard was reported stolen from the bike path area near the 100 block of Cool Stone Bend sometime before 10:30 p.m. Monday, April 22. The report was turned over to the investigations department. 3 Crashes Involving 7 Vehicles on Randall Road

The Lake in the Hills Police Department reports from Monday and Tuesday.

Drunken Driving Arrest A 26-year-old Crystal Lake man was pulled over in the area of Crystal Lake Road and Hilltop Drive around 3:36 a.m. Monday and arrested on drunken driving charges. The man was also cited for disregarding a stop sign and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was later released on bond. Crashes on Randall Road Monday Three separate crashes occurred at intersections on Randall Road on Monday. Property was damaged in all of the crashes and no one was reportedly injured in these accidents: Criminal Damage to Property An unknown offender damaged a vehicle parked in the area of Algonquin Road and Annandale Drive. The Lake in the Hills Police Department provided information on the following reports from Sunday and Monday: Criminal Damage to Property Complaints Police responded to three separate reports of criminal damage to property early this week. On Sunday, police were called to the 4900 block of Princeton Lane for a report of damage to exterior lights and the garage door and later to the 2600 block of Waterford Lane for a report of a flowerpot and garage door that had been damaged, according to the Lake in the Hills Police Department’s daily bulletin. The first report was called in at 8:46 p.m. and the second at 8:58 p.m. On Monday, police were called at 1:20 a.m. to the 600 block of Mason Lane for a report of Christmas deer decorations that …
