Kennedy, 18, of 1643 Glengarry Court, Algonquin and a fifteen-year-old female from Algonquin were both charged with theft and criminal trespass to residence, police said. The two were taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive, on May 17, according to reports. Kennedy was released after posting $200, with a court date of June 6 in Kane County. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Police arrested two 17-year-old Bartlett men on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on May 11, reports stated. Officers arrested the two at Merchant Drive and Randall Road. They were both petitioned into juvenile court and then released into the custody of their parents. Rebecca L. Nellessen, 42, of 10120 Kendall Drive, Algonquin, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, police said.
