Title Boxing Club Opens in Crystal Lake
New health club features workouts tailored after boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
Has your exercise regimen gotten a little too routine? Does your workout feel worn out? Well, there's a new health club in town that promises to give ordinary fitness programs the one-two punch. Title Boxing Club opened Monday, Nov. 12, in the Randall Plaza, 435 Angela Ln., in Crystal Lake (just a few doors down from the Fire Bar and Grill). Title Boxing Club's "Power Hour" classes, touted as "the hottest fitness concept sweeping the nation," have borrowed the best from boxing, kickboxing and martial arts to create fun, high-powered workouts.
