HHS’s Jurs/Raider Way Outstanding Students of October
Chase Burkart and Emma Plansky chosen for award.
Two Huntley High School students, Chase Burkart and Emma Plansky, were selected as the Mr. Jurs/Raider Way Outstanding Students of the Month for October 2012. Both of these students exhibit qualities of the Raider Way; Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Involved. Burkart is a sophomore and is a proud member of the HHS football team. He demonstrated his leadership skills while coaching the Powder Puff team as well. In addition to being a role model in school, he volunteered his time by helping run the Sun City 5K race and assisted during the Open House at Marlow Middle School.
