We have a sweet sauce – made with our recipe – with six different levels, from really mild to really hot.” Joe said to make his sauce hotter, he just adds more pepper. Smokin’ Joe’s Hog Wild Barbeque company is one of eight pit masters participating in the Lake in the Hills’ Rockin’ Ribfest from July 7 to 10, at Sunset Park, 5200 Miller Road.
