LITH Police Arrest Several for DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Marijuana Possession

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports through May 4, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Thomas P. Vangeertry, 25, 531 Leah Ln. 2C, Woodstock, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday May 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, and failure to notify Secretary of State of an address change. Vangeertry was stopped by LITH Police near Randall Road and Polaris Drive. He was released on bond. Lindsey D. Spatafora, 23, 931 Viewpoint Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 3:57 a.m. Saturday, May 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregarding a traffic control device, and …

LITH Police Arrest Several for Domestic Battery; DUI, Intimidation

An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Christy C. Corso, 34, 300 N. State St., Chicago, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, and charged with two counts of domestic battery. She was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. Ryan Maniscalo, 26, 406 Prides Run, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, in the 400 block of Pride Run. He was charged with two counts of domestic battery. A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested at 2:25 p.m. April 7, in the 2600 block of Melbourne Lane and charged with two counts of domestic battery…

LITH Police Arrest for Marijuana Possession, Deer Hits Car, Seats Stolen

  Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Matthew T. Booth, 34, 128 Brook St., Algonquin, was arrested March 26, at 4:06 p.m. in the 700 block of Mohican Trail. He was charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond. Sergio D. Saravia, 29, 124 W. Oakmont Dr., Hoffman Estates, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. March 24 and charged with driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle without insurance. He was released on bond. Blotter: Teen Faces Drug Charge; Burglaries to Vehicles

The Lake in the HIlls Police Department reports for Monday through Wednesday.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was arrested near Algonquin Road and Annandale Drive about 9:43 p.m. Wednesday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving without insurance. He later was released to a parent.  Theft The Lake in the Hills Police Department received a report of lawn ornaments taken from the 1200 block of Patton Avenue about 10:28 a.m. Wednesday. The report is under investigation.  Injury Accident Police responded to a crash near Hilltop Drive and Crystal Lake Road about 5:39 p.m. Wednesday. Police Arrest Man Wanted on Warrant for Narcotics

Lake in the Hills Police Department reports for Monday and Tuesday.

Wanted on Kane County Warrant Police arrested a 21-year-old Huntley man, at 1:33 a.m., March 1. He was wanted on a warrant from Kane County for failure to appear in court on narcotic equipment/possession and possession of cannabis. He was released on bond Burlary to Motor Vehicle Police responded to a call of a burglary to a motor vehicle at 8:17 a.m., March 1, on the 5000 block of Whitmore Way. Items were removed from an unsecured vehicle overnight.
