LITH Police Arrests for DUI, Driving on Suspended Licenses

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Chris Nikolaou, 22, 413 Starwood Pass, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. March 18, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, and disobeying a traffic control device. Nikolaou was released on bond. Anthony J. Santucci, 31, 512 Regan Dr., East Dundee, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. March 22, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Lake Dr., Algonquin, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. March 4, and charged with possession of more than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at Pheasant Trail and Lake Drive. Bauer was released on bond. Ryan A. Younge, 29, 428 Linn Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. March 4, and charged with possession of over 2.5 grams cannabis, improper lane use, expired registration and no insurance. A 17-year-old Huntley boy was arrested Feb. 2, near Algonquin and Ellis roads and charged with one count driving under the influence of alcohol, one count DUI with blood alcohol content over .08, no valid drivers license, failure to reduce speed, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and curfew violation. Eichenold, 52, 843 Willow St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested Jan. 29, and charged with two counts of domestic battery and one count aggregated battery to a peace officer.
