An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Michael J. Schindewolf, 28, 21 Grant Ave., Lake in the Hills, was arrested Feb. 15, and charged with two counts of child endangerment. He was stopped in 00 block of Clark Avenue at 5:34 p.m. He was released on bond. James T. Fogarty, 27, 303 Forest Ave., Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 16, and charged with driving under the influence and disobeying a traffic control device after he was stopped at Steak 'N Shake, 211 N.
