LITH Police Arrest Several for Battery, Outstanding Warrants, Drug Paraphernalia

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Daniel M. Felker, 42, 1022 Burr St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. March 2, and charged with battery. Felker was released on bond. Jason L. Winiarksi, 33, 1121 Maple St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. March 2, and charged with two counts of domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date. Roberto C.
