An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Isaac Faulk, 18, of 316 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged with retail theft on April 12, police said. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 15 in McHenry County. Kori L. Warner, 18, of 678 Eletson Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on April 14. Alyssa R.
