An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. Isaac Faulk, 18, of 316 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, was charged with retail theft on April 12, police said. He was released after posting $150, with a court date of May 15 in McHenry County. Kori L. Warner, 18, of 678 Eletson Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on April 14. Alyssa R. Weber, 18, of 410 Grace Drive, Lake in the Hills, was also charged  with retail theft on April 14, police said. Warner and Weber were taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Driving While License Suspended Police arrested a 41-year-old Huntley woman at the Lake in the Hills Public Works building, 9600 Haligus Road, at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while license suspended. Driving While License Suspended A 19-year-old Madison, Wis. man was pulled over near Rakow and Virginia roads around 2 a.m. Saturday and arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding in a construction zone. He was later released on bond.  Wanted on Warrant A 21-year-old Lake in the Hills woman was arrested on a warrant in the 1500 block of Adams Street around 8:04 a.m. Saturday. Woman Arrested on Warrant Police arrested a 40-year-old Riverside woman early Monday morning on a McHnery County warrant. Authorities arrested her after pulling her over in the area of Randall Road and Polaris Drive around 12:53 a.m. Monday.
