State Representative David McSweeney on Tuesday announced his endorsement of Chuck Lutzow, Jr., for Algonquin Township Clerk, according to a press release issued by Lutzow. The Republican Primary election is this Tuesday, Feb. 26. Lutzow is running against Linda Lance, who is currently an Algonquin Township trustee. In his endorsement, McSweeney said Lutzow shares his vision for lower taxes, according to the press release. “I am confident that Chuck will make a great addition to Algonquin Township if elected. He shares my vision of lower taxes, and a smaller more accountable form of government. I strongly support and endorse Charles A.
