A 14-year-old Algonquin male was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 8, police said. He was taken into custody at Lifetime Fitness, 451 Rolls Drive. He was referred to the Tri County Area Peer Jury and then released into the custody of his father. Melissa E. Hoff, 18, of 1305 Northfield Court, #2B, Harvard, was charged with retail theft from Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road on Feb. 9, reports stated. She was released after posting $150, with a …
