Almost every time I go to this location through the drive-thru, there is a problem with the food. Either they leave food out of the bag, or they give us something different than what we ordered. The last time I was there, they told me to pull up and park because my food would take a few extra minutes, and they forgot about me!! I had to get out of my car and go into the restaurant to remind them that I was still there. Not sure how that happened. I used to work at a Steak N Shake when I was younger, and I know how things work around there. This is just plain and simple bad management.
