My family has been there more than a few times, and they always seem to get it right. They have huge portions, and the food is excellent! The s'mores are a hit with the kids, too! Love it!

Our experience at Nero's was wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming, the wait staff was attentive and food was delicious. We'll be returning for sure.

Our visit here was not a good one. Though it was not busy when we arrived, we were seated in the bar area. Bread arrived immediately, but we had to ask for butter. Waiter was so focused on upselling my liquor choice, he missed my call for a tall. Rushed us to order.... we sent him away once, but he was back for an order almost immediately. Entrees arrived seconds after our soup/salad. Manager saw this and had the plates sent back to the kitchen to be "re-plated", but it was obvious that they sat under a heat lamp as the plates were scorching when they arrived later, and the potato and beans were dried out. Needed to ask for sour cream for the potateos, salt and pepper for the table and for knives as they picked up our bread plates before dinner arrived. Ribs were good, but the BBQ chicken was awful. So overall, service was bad, and food was bad except for the ribs and bread. They are new and have a ways to go to get it right, but we will not be back to see if they do.
