Jim Dahl, I called you to tell you about the horrible work your crew did on my house. I even told you that Michael tried to blackmail me - you told that he's your friend. Instead of you coming out, you sent the same crew back to my house to further destroy my walls. I'll be sure to post pictures and you can let me know what you think...

My Name Is Jim Dahl, I own the company above. I would love these poor reviews to step forward and let me know who you are. We do not have the kinds of issues you describe. We do a wonderful job at a fair price. This is a deliberate attempt by someone to have adverse effect on my business.

I am sorry I ever called this company.
First they painted half of the outside our house the wrong color. Then it rained and almost all the caulked areas washed away. They touched up those areas making blotches all over the house. They covered NOTHING with drop cloths. They splattered painted EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! From all of our new windows, trim, front door, patio, to concrete on the front porch,even the grill outside had paint on it. They didn't clean up a single thing, and when I had to point out their mistakes, they made a sorryass attempt to pacify me. I personally had to spend days cleaning off all the dried up paint they splattered everywhere.
The shutters they painted had grass clippings stuck to them, not completely painted, then hung while still wet, getting that paint smudged all around the window trim. Also, they hung the shutters crooked and stripped some screws in the process. The owner tried to squeek out additional fees for misc. things that were not on the original quote.
We are very unhappy with the work. Weeks after they are gone, and don't return your calls,we are finding the caulked areas they supposedly repaired are washed away again.......UNBELEIVABLE to say the least.
We are forced to redo all the caulking ourselves and touch up all the mistakes they made.
Wish I had done some research or at least read the previous review. This is the worst experience I have ever had, period!!! Call a professional.

My husband and I bought a brand new house and called Graduate Painters to paint most of our rooms. After being here for twice as long as they quoted they left paint on our new blinds, new carpet and all over our trim and door handles. There are roller marks all over each of our walls - even after we paid for additional coats to cover them up. I don't think they even taped most of the walls because there are gobs of paint on our door frames. Once they left I had them come back to fix some of their mistakes and at that time they used different color paint to touch up some of the marks they left on my ceiling. Awful experience. I suggest hiring actual professionals.
