Weather Ahead: Get Ready for a Warmup!
Heat and humidity move into Algonquin and Lake in the Hills.
Now that the kids in District 300 are back to school, this may be the perfect week for mom (and dad) to relax and hit the beach or pool.
The forecast for Monday calls for a high of 83 degrees, but expect warmer temperatures and more humidity as the week progresses. Highs will climb into the upper 80s for Tuesday and Wednesday, and then settle around the 82-mark through next weekend.
The only chance for a t-storm is on Thursday and Friday, so far, according to Accuweather.com.
