The Marquette Companies Celebrates Grand Opening of Algonquin Square Apartments

The Marquette Companies, together with Algonquin village officials and chamber of commerce members, celebrated the grand opening on August 9 of Algonquin Square, a new-construction apartment community located adjacent to the Algonquin Commons lifestyle shopping center, in Algonquin, Ill.

Located at 2400 Millbrook Dr., the 220-unit garden-style community began leasing earlier this summer.

“The development of Algonquin Square has been a great process for Marquette because of the strong support we have received from the village and the efforts of our joint venture partner, E. J. Plesko & Associates Inc.,” said Darren Sloniger, managing director of acquisitions for The Marquette Companies. “Because this is the first new-construction apartment community to be built in the area in several years, excitement surrounding this grand opening has been especially high.”
