PHOTOS: Area Track Teams Compete at Sectionals

In total, 30 track and field athletes from Marlowe Middle School in Lake in the Hills will head to state after the sectional meet at McCraken Field in McHenry last Saturday.

Marlowe Middle School's track team will be sending 30 runners to state following a sectional meet in McHenry over the weekend.

In total, 17 girls from 7th grade and 8th grade on the track and field team will move on after garnering top spots in their events at sectionals. Thirteen boys from the track and field team will also be heading to the state meet in East Peoria on Friday and Saturday.
