Lunch Prices for District 158 to Rise

The Daily Herald reports full-price lunches will soon cost $2.20.

The prices of school lunch for Consolidated School District 158 will increase by 20 cents beginning July 1 following a school board vote last week, according to the Daily Herald.

The new price of full price school lunches will be $2.20 effective July 1, according to the Daily Herald article.

The increase is only meant for those who pay full price for lunches and is "needed to meet the criteria of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Acts of 2010," according to the Daily Herald.
