Just Delivered: 5 Port-O-Potties Under CL South Bleachers

5 New port-o-potties were placed on Friday, Aug. 30, under the new bleachers at Crystal Lake South High School.

Work continued Friday morning on the new $1.18 bleachers at Crystal Lake South High School, 1200 S. McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake.

The Crystal Lake South Gators have a football game scheduled for 7:15 p.m. tonight against Marian Central.

Several people were working on installing a satellite dish atop the new press box, and hanging a "South Gators" sign on the outside of the box - the side that faces the backyards of adjoining homes and is visible from Amberwood Drive.

To add more injury to insult for the neighbors not happy with the new 51-foot-tall structure that is three times the width of its predecessor:  Five new port-o-potties were placed Friday morning under the new Home bleachers.

The purple, portable restroom are directly behind the neighbors' yards - the same neighbors who have filed a lawsuit against Community High School District 155 in the dispute over the bleachers.
