In recognition of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week and the emergency medical providers within our communities, the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District will be hosting our 4th Annual EMS Open House Saturday, May 14, 2011, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Headquarters Fire Station located at West Algonquin and Pyott Roads in Lake in the Hills.  

EVENTS INCLUDE:

  • Flight for Life Helicopter – 1:00 p.m.
  • Teddy Bear Clinic (pre-registration is recommended)
  • Ambulance Tours
  • Child ID Clinic
  • Car Seat Safety Checks
  • Heartland Blood Drive (registration is required)
