Conley Elementary School in the Running for $150k

District 158’s in Algonquin is in 37th place in U.S. Cellular’s nationwide campaign, Calling All Communities, where the top 18 schools win a share of $1 million.

Conley is one of 15 Illinois schools to make the top-100 list.

Voting runs through Oct. 6, and supporters are encouraged to cast votes daily. Community members can vote for Conley by visiting a U.S. Cellular store and asking an associate for a voting code. No purchase is necessary, and you don’t have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to vote.

The school with the most votes will win $150,000 and the next 17 schools each will receive $50,000. The winning schools will be announced in October and November.
