According to USA.gov, the following are the most popular New Year's resolutions from year to year: get a better education, get a better job, get fit, lose weight, manage debt, manage stress, drink less alcohol, quit smoking, reduce, reuse, and recycle, save money, take a trip and volunteer to help others.
