No Public Parking For Riverside Plaza

Instead the parking space will be owned and maintained by the condominium association.

The Algonquin Village Board voted Tuesday night to relinquish public parking access at Riverside Plaza when the structure is finished.

Instead, the condominium association will own and maintain the parking space, but the village still will maintain the right to approve any changes the association may try to implement.

There will be 116 parking spaces when finished and each residential unit will have access to 1.5 units. There will be 3.5 parking spots for every thousand square feet of commercial space.
