Lake in the Hills Seeks Feedback on Village Services, Parks
Lake in the Hills residents can provide feedback to the village through its resident satisfaction survey as well as a parks and recreation department survey.
The village of Lake in the Hills is currently looking for the public's feedback on its services and programs through its resident satisfaction survey.
In addition,the village of Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department is also seeking input on LITH parks through its parks and recreation department survey.
The resident satisfication survey is meant to gauge the quality of services in the village to see "whether the village is successfully meeting the expectations of its residents," according to a village of LITH press release.

The survey asks residents to sound off on the quality of their neighborhood from how safe they feel in their neighborhood to the quality of maintenance of their streets and sidewalks. The survey also requests feedback on the the village's website and how residents feel the village communicates information.
Residents can participate in the resident satisfaction survey through Sept. 30.

Parks and Recreation Department Requests Feedback
In addition, the parks and recreation department has posted a 12-question survey on the village's website to get feedback on Lake in the Hills 34 parks.
The survey asks residents for specific input on five LITH parks: , , , and .
