Grafton Township Files Thousands of Tax Appeals
Huge number of appeals irks county assessor, according to the Northwest Herald.
The Northwest Herald reports the McHenry County Assessor has taken issue over the over 9,000 appeals filed by the Grafton Township assessor with the Board of Review.
The amount is almost five times the combined total of the other 16 townships, according to the NW Herald.
