The primary election will be held on March 20, 2012.

Since Algonquin Patch and Lake in the Hills Patch will  starting Wednesday, March 6, we have included election and candidate information for both villages.

Election Info

  • Sample Ballot: To see your sample ballot, go to the county clerk's website and enter your address in the Precinct Finder.
  • Polling locations: Visit the county's website for a full list.
  • Early Voting: You may vote early from Feb. 27-March 15.

Referendum Question for Lake in the Hills: "Shall the Village of Lake in the Hills have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?"

Referendum Question for Algonquin: "Shall the Village of Algonquin have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?"
