Police arrested a 23-year-old Lake in the Hills woman at , 220 N. Randall Road, on Sunday at 2:35 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with breath alcohol content greater than .08, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to give aid or information. The woman was later released on bond. 

Driving Under the Influence

Police arrested a 45-year-old Lake in the Hills man in the 5200 block of Banford Circle at 8:54 p.m. Sunday for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08. He was later released on bond. 

Criminal Damage to Property

Police arrested a 22-year-old Cary woman at for criminal damage to property She was later released on bond. 

Theft

Police conducted a follow-up arrest of a 34-year-old Wauconda man at , 250 N. Randall Road, at 9:02 p.m. Sunday on a retail theft charge. He was later released on bond. 

Drunken Driving Arrest

Police arrested a 31-year-old Algonquin man at Algonquin Road and Scotty Drive at 1:58 a.m. on Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content over .08 and speeding. He was later released on bond. 

Injury Accident

Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at Industrial Road and Pyott Road at 9:14 a.m. Saturday. A 33-year-old man was taken to Sherman Hospital. 

Theft

Police were called to , 250 N. Randall Road, at 3:49 p.m. Saturday for a report of a man who took several items without paying. The report is under investigation. 

Hit and Run/Drunken Driving at Moretti's

Police arrested a 23-year-old Crystal Lake woman at at 3:08 a.m. Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content over .08, driving without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give aid or information and driving without insurance. The woman was later released on bond. 

Burglary to Motor Vehicle

Police received a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Pawnee Drive at 5:05 p.m. Friday. A L.E.D. flashlight, $15 in change and a Bluetooth headset were taken from the unlocked vehicle. The burglary report was turned over to the police department investigation's team.
