UPDATE: Three Sent to Hospital Following Algonquin, Randall Crash

A rollover accident at the busy intersection slowed traffic Monday evening.

Three people were sent to the hospital in stable condition following a crash at Algonquin and Randall roads about 5 p.m. Monday, according to the Daily Herald. 

The accident happened when a Mercedes-Benz collided with a Saturn sports utility vehicle at the busy intersection, causing the SUV to roll over, according to witnesses from the scene.

An emergency dispatch issued at about 5:30 p.m. reports a rollover accident at the busy Randall- Algonquin roads intersection involving two cars.

Emergency response vehicles are on the scene now.
