Algonquin Tobacco Store Owner Arrested for Selling Synthetic Marijuana

Police searched King Puff-N-Stuff on Commerce Drive in Algonquin on Wednesday, according to the Daily Herald.

More than $65,000 in synthetic cannabis was seized Wednesday from King Puff-N-Stuff, 1409 Commerce Drive in Algonquin, and police recovered an additional 3,782 packages of synthetic cannabis from the tobacco store owner's home, according to the Daily Herald. 

John G. Monteleone, 45, of the 100 block of Brookside Drive in Elgin, was arrested following a three-month investigation by police ended Wednesday with a search of Monteleone's business where police say they found 168 packages of synthetic cannabis, according to the article.
