Teen Charged with Battery at Jacobs HS, Several Arrested for Retail Theft

Algonquin Police release arrest reports through Sunday, Nov. 24.

Battery

A 14-year-old Lake in the Hills girl was charged at 3:56 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, with battery. She was taken into custody at Jacobs High School, 261 Bunker Hill Dr. She was petitioned into juvenile court and released into the custody of her parents.


Retail Theft

Cindy P. Napiorkowski, 34, of the 700 block of Cedar Lane, Genoa, was arrested at 9:59 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, on a warrant out of McHenry County for retail theft. She posted $200 and was released with a court date of Nov. 4.

A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills girl was arrested at 4:24 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and charged with retail theft. She was taken into custody at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Rd., She was released on a notice to appear in court Jan. 29.

Jenna R. Montanye, 27, of the 10800 Coyne Station Road, Huntley, was arrested at 7: 27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and charged with retail theft. She was taken into custody at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Rd. She was released on a notice to appear in court Jan. 29.


Marijuana Possession

Seth J. Geishecker, 18, of the 900 block of Timberwood Lane, Algonquin, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody at McDonald’s, 500 E. Algonquin Rd. He posted $150 and was released with a Dec. 18 court date.

A 17-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested at 4:52 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, and charged with possession of cannabis. He was taken into custody at McDonald’s, 500 E. Algonquin Rd. He was released on a notice to appear with a court date of Dec. 18.


Residential Burglary

A 16-year-old Algonquin boy was arrested at 5:53 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, and charged with residential burglary. He was petitioned into juvenile court and released into the custody of his parents.

A 16-year-old Algonquin man was arrested at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, and charged with residential burglary. He was petitioned into juvenile court and released into the custody of his parents.


Criminal Damage

Daniel P. Fotopoulos, 30, of the 500 block of Darlington Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, and charged with criminal damage to motor vehicle. He was taken into custody at Bunker Hill Drive and Bunker Hill Court. He posted $150 bond and was released with a court date of Jan. 8.

Corazon O. Loleng, 58, of 8 Lake Gillilan Ct., Algonquin, was arrested at 10: 37 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, and charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. She was taken into custody at Butera Market, 1400 E. Algonquin Rd. She posted $150 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8.


Driving While License Suspended

Mark A. Sharks, 44, of the 1000 Ashton Ct., Streamwood, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, and charged with driving while license suspended and child restraint violation. He was taken into custody at Compton Drive and Lake Gillilan Way. He was released on a personal recognizance bond, with a court date of Dec. 18.


Domestic Battery

David S. Feldten, 35, of the 700 block of Huntington Ct., Algonquin, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and charged with domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Charles R. Sears, 57, of the 600 block of Webster St., Algonquin, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, and charged with domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
