Teen Arrested for Underage Drinking at Movie Theater

Lake in the Hills Police Department arrests and reports for Monday and Tuesday.

ARRESTS: Lake in the Hills police made the following arrests Monday and Tuesday.

Driving While License Revoked

A 50-year-old Woodstock man was pulled over in the 4600 block of Algonquin Road about 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. The man, who is not being named because charges have not been listed on the McHenry County Court access website, was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He later was released on bond.

Illegal Consumption of Alcohol

A 17-year-old Huntley girl was arrested at AMC Lake in the Hills Theatres, 311 N. Randall Road, about 10:16 p.m. Tuesday for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. She later was released to her parents.

REPORTS: The Lake in the Hills Police Department took the following reports for Monday and Tuesday.

Criminal Damage to Property

A vending machine door reportedly was damaged at Sunset Park. The criminal damage to property was reported at 11:15 a.m. Monday.

Death Investigation

Lake in the Hills police were called to the 500 block of Windermere Way about 3:41 p.m. Monday for a 54-year-old man found unresponsive. The report was turned over to the coroner. 

Ordinance Violations

A vehicle in the 3100 block of Impressions Drive with reported expired registration was issued a notice to appear by LITH police about 9:34 a.m. Tuesday A separate ordinance violation was noted in the 1400 block of Deer Creek Lane about 9:45 a.m. Tuesday for an abandoned boat and trailer.

Criminal Damage to Property

A vending machine reportedly was damaged at LeRoy Guy Park. The criminal damage to property was reported to LITH police at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday.
