State Police Bust 3 LITH Residents Accused of Possessing Heroin

Three Lake in the Hills residents face charges after state police pulled them over and located what they believe to be heroin in their vehicle, according to a Daily Herald article.
Police pulled them over for speeding on 1-290 near Elmhurst Thursday afternoon and after searching the vehicle, allegedly found the suspected heroin, state police told the Daily Herald.
Tina Buff, Frank Buffa and Dominic Balk, all of LITH, were arrested and face drug charges, according to the Daily Herald.
