A 31-year-old Harvard man—and one the McHenry County Sheriff's Office's top ten fugitives—was arrested Sunday on a warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Authorities recently learned Antonio Figueroa, of 506 2nd St. in Harvard, had fled McHenry County and placed him on its top ten Most Wanted list on Oct. 17, according to McHenry County Sheriff's Office news release.
The sheriff's office took then took him into custody at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday and transported him to the McHenry County Correctional Facility. He is being held on a $150,000 bond and is next expected in court on Oct. 30 at 9 a.m.
