An 18-year-old Elgin man faces aggravated battery charges after police said he slapped the behinds of two women — one from St. Charles and another from Elgin — during two separate occasions in April while he rode his bike on the Fox River trail in South Elgin, according to the Daily Herald.
Ulises C. Bibriescas, of the 500 block of Raymond Street in Elgin, was originally charged with misdemeanors but those charges were upgraded to felony charges after the case went to the grand jury last month, according to the article.
