Driving Under The Influence

Mathew E. Robisky, 34, 11301 Sunset Ln., Huntley, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Dec. 23, near Indian Trail and Crystal Lake Road for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended and speeding. Robisky was released on bond.

Robert T. Doerr, 24, 1287 Karyn Ct., Sleepy Hollow, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Dec. 23, near Randall Road and McHenry Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding in a construction zone. Doerr was released on bond.

William W. Wians, 29, 413 Ski Hill Rd., Fox River Grove, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. Dec. 23, in the area of Rakow and Virginia roads for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding in a construction zone. Wians was released on bond.

Driving With Suspended License

Erik Wayne Nunley, 36, 723 W. Buena, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Dec. 23, near Randall Road and McHenry Avenue for driving while license suspended, speeding in a construction zone and having no insurance. Nunley was released on bond.

Theft

Laura M. Valeria, 40, 4041 Georgetown Circle, Algonquin, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. at Costco, 250 N. Randall Rd. Valeria was arrested for retail theft, and released on bond.
