Owner of King Puff-and-Stuff Indicted on More Drug Related Charges

John G. Monteleone and his wife, Tracy L. Monteleone, have been indicted on several drug-related charges.

The owner of King Puff-and-Stuff, 1409 Commerce Dr., in Algonquin was indicted Thursday on more serious charges by a statewide grand jury, the Northwest Herald reports.

On Sept. 25, police seized about 200 grams of "Spice," a synthetic marijuana, valued at about $65,000, from the store, and another 3,200 grams of the drug at the owner's Elgin home, according to the Daily Herald.

John G. Monteleone, 45, and his wife, Tracy L. Monteleone, 42, of Elgin, are facing charges after a three-month investigation by Algonquin Police and the North Central Narcotics Task Force. 

John Monteleone is facing a list of 9 drug-related charges, and his wife is facing two counts of possession of a controlled substance, the Northwest Herald reports.
