LITH Man Pleads Not Guilty to Sex Crimes Against Children
Otto L. Bobadilla, 46, of Lake in the Hills, entered a not guilty plea in court on Tuesday to charges he sexually assaulted and abused children.
A Lake in the Hills man has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of sexual assault and abuse against children. Otto L. Bobadilla, 47, entered the not guilty plea Tuesday in McHenry County Court, the Northwest Herald reports.
Bobadilla, of 160 Village Creek Dr., is awaiting trial on 28 counts of sex crimes including predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, the Herald reports. The alleged victims are relatives of Bobadilla's. He remains in custody on $400,000 bond.
Bobadilla was first arrested Nov. 22, by Lake in the Hills Police.
