LITH Man Charged with Leaving Scene of Accident, Two Others Charged with DUI

DUI

Herbert R. Hoff, 60, of the 1900 block of Heartland Rd., Woodstock, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Jan. 23, at 6900 Rakow Road (the Rakow curve) and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, and improper lane use. 

Debra A. Thiemeyer, 43, of the 900 block of Aberdeen Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 3:27 a.m. Jan. 25 at Randall Road and Acorn Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, expired registration and no insurance. She was released on bond. 

Leaving the Scene of Accident

Michael A. Parra, 27, of Wander Way, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. Jan. 23, and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and following to o closely. 

Theft

Joseph A. Gargano, 29, of the 11000 block of Algonquin Road, Huntley, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. Jan. 24, and charged with theft over $500 after he was stopped near Pyott and Jessie roads. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. 

Marijuana Possession

Aaron J. Spivack, 28, of the 300 block of Inland Dr., Wheeling, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. Jan. 26, at Algonquin and Square Barn roads and charged with marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was released on bond. 

Violation of Electronic Communication Device

Veronica M. Serrano, 20, of the 900 block Pheasant Walk Dr., Schaumburg, was charged 10:13 p.m. Jan. 25 at 251 N. Randall Rd. with driving while license suspended, no insurance and violation of electronic communication device. She was released on bond. 

Driving on Suspended License

Tawnya M. Beaty, 40, of the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Dr., Woodstock, was arrested at 7:38 a.m. Jan. 24, and charged with driving while license suspended, no registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Deandre J. Forrest, 23, of the 1200 block of Rosewood, Elgin, was arrested at 5:48 a.m. Jan. 27, at Pyott and Rakow roads and charged with driving while license suspended. 

Wanted on Warrant

A 16-year-old Carpentersville boy was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Jan. 23, in the 300 block of Oakleaf Road on a warrant from the Kane County Sheriff's Office.
