LITH Man Arrested for Hit and Run, Another Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest and incident reports through Oct. 12, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police arrest and incident reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Lost

An iPad was reported lost on Polaris Drive at 5:06 p.m. Oct. 12.

Found

A bike was found at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 800 block of Willow St. 

Hit and Run

An unknown offender struck another car and fled the scene at 4:02 p.m. Oct. 12 near the Hair Cuttery, 148 N. Randall Rd.

Theft

*Several boxes of teeth whitening strips were stolen sometime before 12:59 a.m. Oct. 7, from CVS, 4511 W. Algonquin Rd., Lake in the Hills. 

*A laptop computer was reported stolen Oct. 3, from Algonquin Lake in the Hills Fire Station 1, 1020 W. Algonquin Rd.

*Personal information was reported stolen Oct. 3. Police said an unknown offender reportedly used an individual's personal information to obtain a student loan. The case was turned over to the U.S. Department of Education. 

Harassment by Computer

A 17-year-old reported to police being harassed by an individual via computer at 10:31 a.m. Oct. 1. The case is under investigation. 

Underage Drinking

Francisco R. Morales, 20, of the 400 block of E. Circle Hill, Arlington Heights, was arrested at 6:56 a.m. Oct. 5, in the 400 block of Prides Run and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper turn, and zero tolerance. He was released on bond. 

Disorderly Conduct

David S. Kramer, 46, of the 8000 block of Memory Trail, Wonder Lake, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Oct. 1, near Miller Road and Heron Drive and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on bond. 

Hit and Run

Nikko R. Gonzalez, 20, of the 5400 block of Crossview Lane, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Oct. 4, and charged with hit and run and no valid insurance. He was released on bond. 

Wanted on Warrant

Gilberto Padilla, Jr., 23, of the 400 block of Thunder Ridge, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 7:14 a.m. Oct. 9, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court for a DUI charge. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent applies. He was released on bond. 

Kelly B. Ahn, 21, of the 4600 block of Whitehall Ct., Algonquin, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. Oct. 7, near Randall Road and Alexandria Lane on a warrant out of Cook County for theft under $300. Ahn was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Sean T. O'Hara, 30, of the 1300 block of Cunat, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Oct. 7, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court for possession of cannabis. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. O'Hara was released on bond. 

Phillip T. Faurot, 19, of the 3100 block of Montrose Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. Oct. 4, on a warrant for failure to appear in court for damage to property charges. Bond for Faurot was set at $5,000, 10 percent applies. He was released on bond. 

Driving While License Suspended

Heather R. Kates, 40, of the 300 block of N. Van Buren St., East Dundee, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. Oct. 7, near Rakow Road and Route 31 and charged with driving while license suspended. She was released on bond. 

Peter M. Ivers, 26, of the 10400 block of Bull Valley Rd., Woodstock was arrested at 7:25 a.m. Oct. 4, in the 0-100 block of Lincoln Street, and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on bond. 

Jonathan M. Stark, 19, of the 2300 block of Stonegate, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Oct. 1, and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on bond.
