LITH Blotter: DUI, Leaving Scene of Accident Arrests; Three Injured in Four-Vehicle Crash

The Lake in the Hills Police blotter contain basic information on incident and arrest reports provided to Patch.com by the Lake in the Hills Police Department.

Jan. 21

7:46 p.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Anthony E. Campbell, 45, in the 1000 block of Brittany Bend Street in LITH on two counts of domestic battery. Campbell, of 1070 Brittany Bend in LITH, was transported to McHenry County Jail. 

10:12 p.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Austin R. Larson, 22, at Algonquin and Frank roads in LITH for criminal damage to vehicle and attempted obstructing justice by furnishing false information. Larson, of 638 Tamarisk Lane, was later released on bond. 

Jan. 19

5:19 p.m.: LITH Police responded to Algonquin Road and Hilltop Drive in LITH for a report of a four-vehicle crash. A 40-year-old with a leg injury, a 19-year-old with neck and back pain and a 29-year-old with a head injury were all transported to Sherman Hospital. 

Jan. 18

10:24 a.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Raymundo Trevino, 45, in the 900 block of Cynthia Lane in LITH on a warrant out of Boone County for contempt of court. Trevino, of 942 Cynthia Lane in LITH, was later released on bond. 

Jan. 17

3:28 a.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Austin R. Larson, 22, at Harvest Gate and Thunder Ridge in LITH for driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to give information or render aid, failure to reduce speed, driver's license not on person, no insurance and illegal possession and transportation of alcohol by driver. Larson, of 638 Tamarisk Lane in Crystal Lake, was later released on bond. 

4:46 p.m.: Lake in the Hills Police received a report of a rock that was thrown through a resident's window in the 4800 block of Thistle Lane in LITH. The report was turned over to the LITH Police Department's investigation's team. 

Jan. 16

1:35 a.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Austin R. Gillette, 23, in the 20 block of Hilltop Drive in LITH for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, driving off of the roadway, no insurance, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to render aid or give information. Gillette, of 307 Hiawatha Drive in LITH, was later released on bond. 

Jan. 15

10:17 a.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Juan C. Vasconcelos, 25, at Randall Road and Alexandria Boulevard in LITH for no valid driver's license, no insurance and no front registration. Vasconcelos, of 229 Uteg St. Apt. 4 in Crystal Lake, was later released on bond. 

Jan. 14

6:41 p.m.: Lake in the Hills Police arrested Matthew J. Dyer, 21, in the 300 block of Oakleaf Road in LITH for attempting to threaten a public official. Dyer, of 307 Oakleaf Road in LITH, was later released on bond.
