LITH Police Arrest Several People Wanted on Warrants

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports through Aug. 14, 2013.

The following information was obtained from the Lake in the Hills Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Wanted on Warrant

Jonathan J. Peterson, 34, of the 300 block of Evergreen Circle, Gilberts, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Rd., on a warrant out of Kane County for a traffic offense. He was released on bond.

Korbin R. Mantel, 24, of the 500 block of Darlington Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Lake in the Hills Airport, on a warrant out of Lake County for domestic battery. He was released on bond.

Jordan L. Dekoster, 19, of the 10 block of Cark Ave., Lake in the Hills, on a warrant out of McHenry County. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Fernando J. Villareal, 34, of the 470 block of Hendee St., Elgin, was arrested at 5:43 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, on a warrant out of Aurora for a traffic offense. He was released on bond.

Daniel Villanueva, 32, of the 30 block of Julian Ave., Elgin, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. Aug. 5, near Route 31 and Virginia Rd., on a warrant out of Oakbrook for failure to appear in court fora  traffic offense and driving while license suspended. He was released on bond. 

Marijuana Possession


Michael C. Siavelis, 28, of the 7000 block of Westwood Dr., Carpentersville, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration and not having valid registration. He was released on bond.
