LITH Police: Woman Arrested for Battery of Unborn Child

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports.

Domestic Battery

Eliza Luna,
20, 116 New Haven Dr., Cary, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. May 19, and
charged with two counts of domestic battery, one count of battery, and
one count of battery of an unborn child. Luna was arrested in the 400
block of Village Creek Drive. She was turned over to the McHenry County
Jail in Woodstock.

Frank P. Egger, 44, 22 Wander Way, Lake
in the Hills, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. May 19, and charged with two
counts domestic battery. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail
in Woodstock.

Jessica S. LaPierre, 23, 429 Prides Run,
Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. May 23, and charged with
two counts of domestic battery. She was transported to the McHenry
County Jail in Woodstock.

Daniel P. Borkowski, 25, 2781
Brisbane Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. May 24, and
charged with two counts domestic battery. He was turned over to the
McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

DUI

Lirim Jashari, 33, 1531 Pawnee, Carpentersville, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. May 17, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of between 10 to 30 grams cannabis. He was stopped by police in the 5000 block of Windgate Way. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Edgar Terrazas, 22, 883 Dover St., Pingree Grove, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. May 19, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device and driving while license suspended after he was stopped by police at Dominick's Food Store, 101 N. Randall Rd. He was released on bond.

Marijuana Possession

Nicholas D. Breh, 21, 510 Redtail Ridge, Elgin, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. May 18, and charged with unlawful possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and unlawful possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis. He was released on bond, pending an investigation. He was stopped by police at Algonquin and Randall roads.

Gus A. Gillam, 20, 407 Highland Ave., West Dundee, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. May 21, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police at Dennis Avenue and Algonquin Road. He was released on bond.

Property Damage

Phillip T. Faurot, 19, 3140 Montrose Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. May 19, and charged with criminal damage to property. He was released on bond.
