Lake in the Hills Police Blotter: New Year Brings Domestic Battery Charges for LITH Man

Police release reports from Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

 

Nathaniel Bonham, 38, of 15 Pershing Ave. was charged with two counts of domestic battery around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, police said. Bonham was turned over to the McHenry County Jail.

Richardo Alvarez, 30, of 574 Crystal Lake, was arrested on a battery charge in an incident at a Randall Road restaurant early Tuesday morning, according to reports. He was released on bond.

A criminal trespass to property was reported to an unlocked house in the 300 block of Council Trial at 4 a.m. on Jan. 1, police said.

Police are investigating harassing messages left on a resident’s phone and Facebook account about her boyfriend. The harassment was reported on Jan. 1.

Miguel Realzola, 39, of 86 Heather St., Crystal Lake, was cited for having an object in lieu of an airbag, driving with no valid driver’s license, speeding, headlight violation, improper use of registration and no valid registration and no insurance on Dec. 31, police said.

An 85-year-old man of the 0 block of Muirfield Court died on Dec. 31 after being found not conscious or breathing. No further details were available.
