LITH Police: Theft, Disorderly Conduct at Moretti's, Man Charged with Domestic Battery

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports for Feb. 6 to 11, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Theft

Manuel J. Vega, 33, 235 S. Edison Ave., Elgin, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Feb. 10, at Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Rd., and charged with theft. Vega was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Domestic Battery

Keith L. Brown, 31, 1341 Cunat Ct. 1B, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 3 a.m. Feb. 11, and charged with two counts of domestic battery. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Underage Drinking

Nicholas J. Lavalle, 19, 1105 Ash St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 3:52 a.m. Feb. 11, in the 100 block of Northlight Passe and charged with criminal trespass to property and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Lavalle was issued a notice to appear in court.

License Suspended, Revoked

Robert McDonald, 63, 350 College St., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. Feb. 11, and charged with driving while license revoked, no valid insurance, expired registration, and improper use of registration. McDonald was released on bond.

Julian A. Ebner, 18, 68 Preston Rd., Columbus, Ohio, was arrested at 7:23 a.m. Feb. 6 and charged with driving while license suspended. He was stopped at Lakewood and Albrecht roads. Ebner was released on bond.

Disorderly Conduct, Assault

Fredrick R. Santora, 41, 4662 Magnolia, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Feb. 11, at Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Rd., and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and assault.
