Why is Moretti's allowed to be opened until 4:00 am? Has anyone one noticed that most of the arrests there occur after 2:00 am? Perhaps it should close at the regular hours of all businesses in the area, not at 4:00 am when people are so drunk. The cops must just sit there handing out DUI's to people when they leave and get in their cars as the sun is coming up.
