LITH Police Arrests for DUI, Marijuana Possession and Driving on Suspended Licenses

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Dean T. Sheridan, 38, of the 600 block of Second St., West Dundee, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Rd., and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on bond. 

Marijuana Possession

Frank P. Markiano, 21, of the 10100 block of Ashley St., Huntley, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, July 28, at Lakewood and Miller roads, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and improper lane use. He was released on bond. 

Alfredo D. Arriaga, 22, of the 5500 block of Danbury Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, July 28, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. 

Criminal Defacement

Lake in the Hills juvenile, age 15, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, in the 5500 block of Windgate Way, and charged with criminal defacement. The juvenile was released to a parent. 

Wanted on Warrant

Martha E. Ornelas, 33, of the 100 block of Cordova Rd., Carpentersville, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at the U.S. Post Office, 801 W. Algonquin Rd., on a warrant out of Carpentersville for failure to appear in court. She was turned over to the Carpentersville Police Department. 

Driving While License Suspended

Amanda E. Chiko, 24, of the 20 block of Forest Ln., Cary, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 3, at 2:46 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended. She was stopped at Randall Road and Acorn Lane. She was released on bond. 

Job A. Martin, 22, of the 10 block of Sussex Ct., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2, and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of valid insurance. He was stopped in the 900 block of West Algonquin Road. 

Susanne E. Dickens, 28, of the 1100 block of Main St., Huntley, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, and charged with driving while license suspended and expired registration. She was stopped at Miller and Haligus roads. 

Luke K Shaw, 32, of the 1600 block of Carlemont Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, at Thornberry Lane and Peartree Dr., and charged with driving while license suspended and no insurance. He was released on bond. 

Michael Alfieri, 21, of the 800 block of Bode Rd., Yorkville, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. Saturday, July 27, and charged with driving while license suspended after he was stopped at Algonquin Road and Harvest Gate. He was released on bond. 

Joshua J. Andrea, 25, of the 2800 block of Briarcliff Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 8:11 a.m. Thursday, July 25, and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on bond.
