Lake in the Hills Police Arrests for DUI, Marijuana Possession

LITH Police release reports through March 5, 2013.

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Possession of Marijuana

Charles X. Bauer, 18, 180 S. Lake Dr., Algonquin, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. March 4, and charged with possession of more than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at Pheasant Trail and Lake Drive. Bauer was released on bond.

Ryan A. Younge, 29, 428 Linn Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. March 4, and charged with possession of over 2.5 grams cannabis, improper lane use, expired registration and no insurance. He was arrested by police at Costco, 250 N. Randall Rd. Younge was released on bond.

DUI

Ryan T. Stern, 22, 6115 Hillcrest Rd., Cary, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. March 5, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. Stern was released on bond.

No Valid Drivers License

Santiago Ramirez, 37, 6015 Lucerne Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. March 4, and charged with not having a valid drivers license, expired drivers license and suspended registration. He was stopped by police at Miller Road and Litchfield Lane. Ramirez was released on bond.
