Lake in the Hills Police Arrests for DUI and Domestic Battery

Lake in the Hills Police release arrest reports through Aug. 25, 2013.

Wanted on Warrant


Robert Gadamowitz, 24, of the 9800 block of N. Second St., Roscoe, was arrested Aug. 22, on a warrant out of Winnebago County for failure to appear in court on larceny charges. He was released on bond. 


DUI


Bobby O'Neal Lewis Jr., 24, of the 1100 block of Creekview Lane, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Aug. 23, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08 and improper turn at intersection. He was released on bond. 

Domestic Battery


Pedro A. Spilotro, 58, of the 5500 block of Chantilly Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 24, and charged with two counts domestic battery and unlawfully interference with reporting domestic violence. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. 

Carmela M. Spilotro, 49, of the 5500 block of Chantilly Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 24, and charged with two counts of domestic violence. SHe was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. 

Driving While License Suspended


Elisa D. Licata, 35, of the 0 to 10 block of Brink St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 22, and charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration and no insurance. She was released on bond.

Stefan B. Fraser, 26, of the 1600 block of Stockton Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 4:58 a.m. Aug. 24, and charged with driving while license suspended and operating a motor vehicle with one headlight. 

Matthew J. Satera, 24, of the 1700 block of Sleepy Hollow Court, Schaumburg, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 24, and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no valid insurance.
