Lake in the Hills Police Arrest Several Teens for Underage Drinking

Lake in the Hills Police make arrests for underage drinking, DUI, disorderly conduct and violation of order of protection.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Juan A. Dinataly, 29, of the 500 block of Anderson Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. May 26, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and no insurance after he was stopped by police at Algonquin Road and Fairway View Drive. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Roy A. Radzus, 31, of the 11000 block of Daniel Ln., Huntley, was arrested at 3:52 a.m. May 26 at Costco, 250 N. Randall Rd., and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on bond.

Ryan D. Kennedy, 21, of the 400 block of Webster St., Algonquin, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. May 26, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was stopped by police at Algonquin and Randall roads. He was released on bond.

Underage Drinking

Alexandria Freebus, 19, of Millbrook Ct., Algonquin, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. May 26, and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was stopped by police in the 1000 block of Clayton Marsh Dr. She was given a notice to appear in court.

Christopher D. Gerber, 19, of the 1500 block of Adams St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. May 26 and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He also was stopped by police in the 1000 block of Clayton Marsh Drive. He was given a notice to appear in court.

17-year-old Crystal Lake girl was arrested at 12:27 a.m. May 25, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration, improper use of registration, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was released into the custody of her parents.

17-year-old Elburn girl was arrested at 12:27 a.m. May 25, and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was released into the custody of a parent.

Violation of Order of Protection

Robert L. Huebner, 47, of the 200 block of Rainmaker Run, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. May 24, and charged with violation of order of protection and telephone harassment. He was turned over to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Disorderly Conduct

Leora A. Feinberg, 35, of the 1100 block of Ridgewood Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. May 24, and was charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on bond. She was stopped by police at Point O Woods Court and Ridgewood Circle.
