LITH Police Arrest Several for Battery, Outstanding Warrants, Drug Paraphernalia

Lake in the Hills Police release reports through March 2, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Lake in the Hills Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Battery

Daniel M. Felker, 42, 1022 Burr St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. March 2, and charged with battery. Felker was released on bond.

Jason L. Winiarksi, 33, 1121 Maple St., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. March 2, and charged with two counts of domestic battery. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Suspended License

Roberto C. Sanchez, 23, 425 Berkshire Dr. unit 35, Crystal Lake, was arrested at 7:57 a.m. March 2, and charged with driving while license suspended. Sanchez was stopped at Algonquin Road and Hilltop Drive. He was released on bond.

Battery, Drug Paraphernalia

Brooke E. Phillips, 19, 973 Viewpoint Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Feb. 27, in the 900 block of Viewpoint Drive and charged with two counts of domestic battery. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.

Craig A. Dobbe, 21, 233 Mistwood Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Feb. 27, in the 900 block of Viewpoint Drive and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond.

Wanted on Warrant

Daniel J. Burke, 22, 544 Pembrook Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 26, on a Kane County warrant for DUI. Burke was released on bond.
